- Antoine Berghs sees his work as part of an timeless flow which is both in a constant state of flux as standstill. In his eyes this flow becomes language. Within this language there's no single truth but everything is in place. Berghs believes in contrasts - not in dualities - that are constantly reacting to each other advancing to or receding from each other. Berghs: 'The world and the things surrounding us are kept hostage by thoughts each with its own presence'. Berghs encounters these phenomena at their own level, there is an experience from within 'I become the thing, the thing becomes me'.
