- Antoine Berghs sees his work as part of an timeless flow which is both in a constant state of flux as standstill. In his eyes this flow becomes language. Within this language there's no single truth but everything is in place. Berghs believes in contrasts - not in dualities - that are constantly reacting to each other advancing to or receding from each other. Berghs: 'The world and the things surrounding us are kept hostage by thoughts each with it's own presence'. Berghs encounters these phenomena at their own level there is a experience from within 'I become the thing, the thing becomes me'.
